Doing portraits of people you know is difficult. That's one of the reasons I have so much respect for my friend, Judy Schubert.
This originally was a painting of my sister-in-law, but she hated it. I like the attitude and I like the necklace so I decide to reconstruct it. My intention was to name it, Don't Call Me Man'am, But Mo approved the new look but not the name. Therefore, I call it Mo.
